On January 12, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Assembly of the Business School was held in Lecture Hall 210 of Anzhong Building, presided over by Liu Chunlin, Secretary of the Business School’s CPC Committee. The conference reviewed the work achievements of 2025, looked ahead to development goals for 2026, and honored outstanding faculty and staff.
Dean An Tongliang delivered the 2025 annual administrative work summary report, reviewing key accomplishments in discipline development, talent cultivation, faculty building, scientific research, international exchanges and social services.
Secretary Liu Chunlin reported on the annual work of the Business School’s CPC Committee, highlighting the progress and outcomes achieved in political construction, ideological guidance, organizational development and discipline enforcement. He clarified key tasks and directions for the Committee's work in the new year. The session also included ideological, professional ethics, and safety awareness education, guiding all faculty and staff to strengthen their ideological stance and adhere to professional standards.
Following the reports, the assembly proceeded with the annual assessment and evaluation of the Business School’s CPC Committee, its administrative leadership team and middle-level leading cadres. All attending faculty and staff participated diligently in the democratic appraisal of the leadership's performance over the past year.
In the commendation session for the 2025 annual work, the School presented awards to the faculty and staff who had made outstanding performances in various work areas in 2025, including the Young Research Star Award, Undergraduate Teaching Award, MBA Teaching Award, MPAcc Teaching Award, PhoenixContactTeaching Award, Thank You Teaching Award, “Success Group ‘Starry Sky’ Education Practice Award”,Success HRExcellence Award, Far East Teaching Award, Far East Management Award, Shuming Teaching Award, Shuming Management Award, Outstanding Faculty Party Member Award, and ModelFaculty Party Branch Secretary and Advanced Faculty Party Branch Award.
Ms. Gong Lu, donor of the Thank You Teaching Award, MBA alumna of the Business School of Nanjing University (Class of 1999), Chief Distributor of Mary Kay (China) and Founder of Nanjing Jinlu Image Design Center; Ms. Li Mei, Deputy Director of Recruitment and Employee Relations at Far East Co., Ltd.; Mr. Jiang Jun, Director of the General Office at Success HR Group; Mr. Yi Shubo, Chairman of the Labor Union and Manager of the University-Enterprise Cooperation Department at Phoenix Contact China and Professor Zhao Shuming, Distinguished Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at Nanjing University, Honorary Dean of the Business School and Dean of Xingzhi College, attended the award ceremony to present awards to the awardees and deliver speeches.
The award ceremony was presided over by Wang Yuwei, Deputy Secretary of the Business School’s CPC Committee. The assembly also presented the Service and Dedication Award to faculty and staff who retired honorably in 2025, in recognition of their dedication and contributions to the School's development. Wang Yuwei introduced the six new faculty members who joined the Business School in 2025.
